How long will it take to ship?

Orders are made and processed as soon as possible when received. Most express orders made before Tuesday are delivered within 1-3 business days. Due to Covid-19 there may be slight delays for some orders. Unrefined Element and Auspost aim to delivery on time.

How do I update my shipping address?

Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. You may contact us at Unrefinede@gmail.com to update your address for any future shipments or if your order has not been shipped yet.

How do I track my order?

For every order placed we send out a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received this email within 3 days of placing an order please contact us at Unrefinede@gmail.com.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

Please contact us at Unrefinede@gmail.com with your order confirmation number letting us know that your order has not arrived. We will work together with you to correct any problems.
